POST-ADOPTION TEAM ON THE WEB
The Post-Adoption Team now have their own web space on the County Council Website.
Their site provides up to date information on the post-adoption support available in the County,
together with contact details and office opening hours.
Adoptive families may find it useful to print out the downloadable advice and information leaflet
provided by the team for quick reference.
